We recognize maintaining and improving the health of our employees as an important management issue for improving performance and productivity and leading to increased added value and sustainable growth as a company.

Goal (Vision)

We implement health and productivity management that promotes maximum organizational productivity by fostering workplaces in which each employee can continue to work in good physical and mental health.

Health and productivity management structure

We have established a health and productivity management structure led by the President as the Chief Health Officer, with the Director in charge of HR and general affairs as the person responsible for promotion of health and productivity management. The Health and Safety Committee, Personnel and Administration Department health promotion staff, and labor union all work together to promote health and productivity management in cooperation with industrial physicians, public health nurses, and the health insurance society.

Health and productivity management strategic map

Strategies to promote health and productivity management were updated in FY2025, to realize the corporate vision through solutions to management and human-resource issues.
Specifically, from the perspective of contributing to the active participation of women and development of human resources that can adapt to change, which are emphasized in our human resources strategy for passing on technical skills and strengthening human capital, through the promotion of health and productivity management, we have identified three indicators that will lead to minimized management risks, which we will strategically address as medium- to long-term priority items.
In addition, we will further promote health and productivity management based on the strategic map, to maximize the effects of health investments, while working on priority items for each fiscal year and reinforcement targets narrowed down based on data analysis, such as workplace environmental factors and individual health literacy improvements, which will lead to minimized management risks.

Results of health and productivity management initiatives

We set targets and work to achieve them to ensure that all employees can make maximal use of their individual resources and demonstrate their capabilities to the fullest in good health and with a sense of vitality and can perform their duties efficiently.
